Winter family photo sessions can be tough! Trying to keep the little ones warm and happy, keeping everyone dry, finding the perfect spot. I love the look and feel snow brings to photos. Photographing in snow has its unique challenges for sure but when the light is right you can't get much better in my opinion. This is one tough family! We ended up taking these in two sessions because it was so cold the first try- below freezing! The second day was much warmer and the slight overcast provided beautiful and interesting light. I'm so excited to share these photos.
